CDM Plus Products

If you are not happy with your CDM Plus Product purchase, please review your eligibility and post the return within 30 days of purchase in line with our Returns Policy. 

CDM Plus Products Returns Policy (Australia)

To be eligible for a return on CDM Plus Products, the following terms and conditions outlined must be met:

  • Returns are received within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
  • Packing Slip is enclosed.
  • Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, the packaging is not damaged, and the contents are sealed and unused.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges on returned items to our online store. If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, we recommend that you return your order and then place another order online.
  • Once your parcel has been received, we will process your refund and you will receive an email confirmation. Once processed this it may take 2-3 working days for the refund to show in your account.
  • If you believe your item is faulty, please Contact us so that we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Clearance Items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Return CDM Plus Products by Post

1. Fill out the Returns section on your Packing Slip
2. Package your items into the original packaging
3. Post this completed Packing Slip and products to be returned to:

We recommend that you purchase tracking for your postage so you can track your package on its way back to us. CDM Plus does not cover postage costs associated with returning products to our online store.

CDM Plus Products Returns Policy (International)

CDM Plus does not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on any international orders. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If you believe your item is faulty, please Contact us (admin@cdmplus.com.au ) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
